OYSTER STORAGE
Unshucked oysters
need to be kept cold at 15 – 20°C.
The best time to consume is within 7 days from the date on the label.
Shucked oysters
need to be eaten soon after shucking or refrigerated for consumption later.
If shucked and refrigerated, they should be stored in a container or covered with plastic wrap and will last a recommended 2 days.
